The Junior Canadian Rangers (JCR) celebrated 25 years in 2023 and 2024. Over the course of a year, several events were held across the country, and Canada Company Leadership had the pleasure of joining these outstanding young leaders at many of them. Canada Company is a proud supporter of the JCR program.

The aim of this program is to recognize Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers (JCRs) who exemplify attributes of leadership and citizenship and are motivated to pursue post-secondary education, vocation, or other learning opportunities. Annually, through the Cadets and JCR Bursary Program we award 24 bursaries of $1,000.00 to five JCR, four Sea Cadets, six Army Cadets and nine Air Cadets.

Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers Bursaries
The aim of this program is to recognize Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers (JCRs) who exemplify attributes of leadership and citizenship and are motivated to pursue post-secondary education, vocation, or other learning opportunities. Annually, through the Cadets and JCR Bursary Program we award 24 bursaries of $1,000.00 to five JCR, four Sea Cadets, six Army Cadets and nine Air Cadets.
Each year, thirty dedicated Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers are selected to receive a $1000 Canada Company bursary to use towards tuition, learning pursuits, and more. In a private virtual ceremony held on 28 November, Commodore Josée Kurtz, the national Commander of Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers, personally hosted thirteen cadets and their families from all across Canada to congratulate them on a significant achievement.
