Con Forza 2015

On Wednesday, July 1st, 2015, Six Flags LaRonde played host to a Military Family Day to celebrate the Canadian Military. The day included dignitaries, such as Brigadier-General Stephane Lafaut, Commander of the 2nd Canadian Division and JTF (East), and demonstrations by all three branches of the Canadian Armed Forces. Tribute was paid to our soldiers and their families, with festivities culminating in a concert featuring the Musique du Royal 22e Regiment, and a spectacular fireworks presentation. The day was a great success, despite the occasional rain shower, and over 3000 Canada Company caps and t-shirts were distributed to the families in attendance.
